Land dispute claimed 14 lives in Gujranwala

GUJRANWALA: Fourteen people, including four children, were killed and three houses were set on fire in Gujranwala on Thursday over a land dispute, FTNews reported.
According to sources, two people were killed by the firing of a rival group on Thursday morning.
Reacting to the incident, the other group attacked three houses of rivals in the Peeliwala area and set them on fire, resulting in the death of twelve people.
The incidents were the result of an old enmity over a land dispute between Jawaid and Saifullah groups.
Police claimed to have arrested two people from the site of incident.
